Yes. Free prescription delivery is our standard service. Once we receive your prescription we dispense it the same day; local deliveries usually arrive the next day, and urgent medicines such as antibiotics are prioritised for same-day delivery.
Absolutely. We're a fully GPhC-registered pharmacy with pharmacists available to answer your questions by phone, video call or email. Just call us and you'll reach a member of the team.
Complete our short EPS nomination form to make us your nominated pharmacy. Your future electronic prescriptions will then come to us automatically from your GP - you can change this nomination at any time.
Pharmacy First lets you get treatment for a set of common conditions directly from a pharmacist, with no GP appointment needed. The NHS consultation is free; a prescription charge may apply for any medicine supplied unless you're exempt.
As soon as we receive your prescription we dispense it. For local areas delivery is typically next day, and urgent items are prioritised for same-day delivery. For other regions, see our delivery information or get in touch.
No. Longhill is a distance-selling pharmacy, so we serve you by phone, video call, our website and delivery. You never need to visit in person - though you're always welcome to call us with any questions.
