Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery & Returns

Once in a while, you may find yourself with unwanted or expired medicines. This may be as a result of a change in medication, not following your routine medicine schedule or another reason. Please be aware that this does not apply to medicines purchased from our shop, or from Longhill Pharmacy, and we do not accept returns for refund.

Under the NHS rules, you are not allowed to personally return these medicines to our pharmacy. Instead, you have to get in touch with us via phone or email and we will discuss with you the best way for returning the medicines. We may send you a special package to use when returning your medicines. However, due to health and safety rules, there are some things that we are not allowed to take back.

You may return unwanted medicines to any local pharmacy near you, and not just the pharmacy that you bought them from.

If you are looking for a pharmacy near you, access Google Maps now and simply type in “Pharmacy”.
